ABOUT US

Education Innovations & Solutions, Inc. provides research-based professional development events for educators and school districts to assist the over 500 schools in every state that have been designated as low-performing (e.g., schools with D or F ratings) by state departments of education. Services will include Public Seminars, On-Site Professional Development, Resources and Education Conferences that will be offered locally, regionally and nationally to meet the growing demand for professional development needs for educators in 21st century high-performing schools. Additionally, we provide external evaluation services for K-12, Higher Education, and various other non-profit organization. We have provided these services since 1994 and we expanded and rebranded our company in 2019. Our services support the following stakeholders:

OUR FOUNDER

The founder of Education Innovations & Solutions, Inc. is Chance W. Lewis, Ph.D., Carl Grotnes Belk Distinguished Professor of Urban Education and Director of The Urban Education Collaborative at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Dr. Lewis is the inaugural Provost Faculty Fellow for Diversity, Inclusion and Access at UNC Charlotte. Dr. Lewis has over 100 publications including 30 academic books and has received over $7 million in external research grants.

OUR CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mechael Lewis, RN, CNP, is the Chief Operating Officer of Education Innovations & Solutions, Inc. She has extensive experience in medicine, education and strategic planning.
